Huge facility, plenty of equipment, good coaching, plenty of scaling options, and a wonderful community. They have a kid room that you can see from inside the gym which is very nice.”

“The space is nice and big. The coaches are awesome and know how to work around an injury (I had one when I started). I couldn’t lift my right arm fully, but after a month I was able to move with my right arm all the way! The members are all very wonderful and helpful. They speak to you and give you encouragement. At first, I was a little shy but after awhile you get close to them 🙂 I love the environment and togetherness in the facility.”
